Bath Add 10 – 20 drops in the tub as you’re filling it.

Topical Uses Add 2 drops per 1 ml of carrier oil such as grapeseed or calendula – massage into temples, onto feet, behind the ears or wrists to allow aroma to surround you.

Vaporized Add 5 drops to essential oil vaporizer

Cautions Not to be used internally. Dilute with a carrier oil before using topically. May cause skin irritation in some individuals, try a skin test prior to full use. Avoid contact with eyes. Bergamot Essential Oil has phototoxic properties and exposure to the sun must be avoided after application to the skin.
