Great for use during yoga, meditation, breaks and whenever you need a quiet moment in your head. Allowing you to live in the moment and be one with your surroundings.

Bath / Add 10 – 20 drops in the tub as you’re filling it.

Topical Uses / Add 2 drops per 1 ml of carrier oil such as grapeseed or calendula – massage into temples, onto feet, behind the ears or wrists to allow aroma to surround you.

Vaporized / Add 5 drops to essential oil vaporizer

Cautions / Not to be used internally. Dilute with a carrier oil before using topically. May cause skin irritation in some individuals, try a skin test prior to full use. Avoid contact with eyes.
